During the exhibition at the Commines space in Paris I could not help but eviscerate a beautiful cuttlefish at my friends Maxime Fiorani and Evelyne le Pollotec . Especially since there is a market near their home in Aubervilliers where you can find superb ones at 6 euros per kg.
